Located in Bradford, Pose Yoga 4U, we offer a gentle style of yoga classes that are small and personalized, emphasizing individual needs and incorporating breath and relaxation as well as the postures to balance and rejuvenate the nervous system, mind and body.
I have been focused on promoting health, wellness and mindfulness in a relaxed and nurturing setting. We have a peaceful, eco-friendly, intimate studio ready to offer classes where you will gain confidence to add a yoga practice into your life, to connect to your body and learn how to move in a gentle way.
Classes will be safe, supportive and personalized to meet individual needs. Students of all ages will gain immeasurable life skills, poise, and a sense of serenity. You will leave our yoga classes feeling elevated, with a sense of calm and confidence from within.

Energizing Hatha Yoga:
Practice this Energizing Morning Yoga Sequence to get the juices flowing! This yoga practice stretches and strengthens the muscles with a strong focus on breath and body alignment.
Twist & Detox Yoga:
When I’m not practicing Yoga, I’m helping people to cleanse & detox their system for better health and more energy. Did you know that there are yoga postures to improve your digestive function & detox your system, also, helping you to maintain a normal spinal rotation, and see a reduction in back pain. Twists also calm your mind.
In today’s world we’re exposed to so much that we often feel distracted and worried. It’s easy to feel like we’re not good enough or that we always need to be doing more. Lots of screen time, scary news, and comparing ourselves to others over social media adds to the problem.
Because of this, we’re never really turned off. This puts our nervous system on overdrive and leaves us feeling depleted, tired, and sore.
Cue Restorative yoga, where the goal is to move our bodies into a state of rest & digest. The very gentle poses allow our body to slow down and repair itself. We ‘turn off’. When we restore from within like this, we feel balanced and at ease.
“NEW” Yoga Nidra:
Yoga Nidra – known as yogic sleep — is a mediation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. I’ve heard that an hour of yoga Nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep (although I could not find the research to back this up). The first time I tired yoga Nidra, I was both skeptical and curious. But that first session brought me to a totally relaxed, blissful state, and as I’ve explored the practice, I’ve experienced some of the profound benefits. Let’s take a look at the ways yoga Nidra can benefit, heal and transform you to new heights…

Foster feelings of peace, calm and clarity
Mixed Flow Yoga:
This is an all levels class, you can make this class as challenging or relaxing as you would like. Anchoring on the practice of Vinyasa, or flow, which can make this class more challenging, though we will still include basic yoga poses. Poses are generally held for shorter periods of time so that transitions between poses become part of the flow. This allows for more poses to be practiced during a class. Classes integrate balance, flexibility, and strength along with breath. After only a couple classes you will notice your body starting to tone!
