How to buy classes:

To buy your Bellicon 10 class pack in person, book your session online, by reserving your spot at www.ahealthysolutionforyou.com & payment is made at the gym, (Debit, Visa and MasterCard available).

What to bring:

For all classes, bring socks to jump, a small towel and water.

Each class is 45 minutes in length, during class we mainly do a health bounce, ab work, and use light weights, and a gym ball…sometimes during the class our feet don’t even lift off the mat and we’re still getting great benefits from bouncing.

BOOK MY CLASS

Class Description:

Beginner Bounce If you are new to rebounding, or new to fitness, this is the class for you. Here, we will cover introductory concepts and the basic movements of rebounding. We will bounce our way through light cardio with our soft and medium routines as well as work on toning (You will still work up quite a sweat!). We recommend even those with a high level of fitness begin with Beginner Bounce if they have never tried guided rebounding before.

Fun Fit for All Working on our momentum in this Fun fit for all class; this class accommodates all levels where you can speed up or slow down the pace to fit your comfort zone. Here we will also cover introductory concepts and the basic movements of rebounding and encourage you to feel comfortable rebounding with us.

Bounce Party This medium to high-intensity cardio class will get your sweat and endorphins pumping! You will enjoy 40 minutes of med – fast-paced routines including toning where you will bounce to the beat of the music, with a 10 minute cool down. This class is for experienced rebounders and those who have higher levels of fitness but not limited to this either, all participants will be accommodated to succeed.

Circuit Work it Circuit training exercises can also be used by non-athletes to develop general fitness. In this respect, circuit training is very time efficient helping to develop strength and stamina in a single session. Now try it on a rebounder…What? It’s an amazing workout in just 45 minutes each of the circuit training exercises will hit – total body, upper body, lower body and your core.

Pace Yourself The gym is open for an hour to work at your own pace and tempo, where your own head-phones and bounce or follow the workout videos in the back ground, your choice. Stay for a full hour or cut it short and you’ll still get the great benefits from bouncing .
